Data and privacy
Where are my conversations stored?
Your archive of recordings and results is stored in the app on your phone. To create transcripts and summaries, audio and text pass through cloud speech recognition services and language models. Requests to language models go through the CoolOn server in a mode where the provider does not retain the data.
Who can see my recordings?
We don’t sell the content of your recordings or use it for advertising or to train our own models. You share with your team only the events you choose.
How long is audio kept?
Regular audio stays in the app for 7 days and is then deleted. Tap “Save audio” to keep a recording until you delete it yourself.
Can I stop recording completely?
When paused, power to the pendant's microphone is cut off and recording stops completely. Resume recording to continue.
How do I delete my data?
Recordings and their associated data can be deleted from the device and the CoolOn platform.

Why a pendant if I have a phone?
The pendant hangs around your neck, not in a pocket: your hands stay free, you don’t need to take out your phone, and calls don’t interrupt the recording.
How long does the battery last?
A 400 mAh battery: 2–3 days between charges.
How do I wear it?
On a cord around your neck. You can pause recording right on the pendant.

iPhone for now. The Android version is in development.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes. Install the iPhone app through TestFlight and continue without an account: a short tour shows the app on a demo example.

How much do the pendant and subscription cost?
The pendant is 3 300 ฿, a one-time purchase. The subscription depends on how much you talk: Start, 12 hours a week, 990 ฿; Work, 25 hours, 1 690 ฿; Unlimited, unlimited, 3 300 ฿ per month. Pay yearly and save 20%. You can subscribe now or when you receive the pendant.
What does the 990 ฿ reservation include?
A pendant from the first batch and a free month of the Start plan. The 990 ฿ counts toward the pendant price; the remaining 2 310 ฿ is paid before shipping.
When will it ship?
The first batch ships in November–December 2026. Delivery within Thailand, after full payment.
Can I get a refund?
You can cancel a reservation and get the full 990 ฿ back until your order ships. Pendant returns follow Thai law.
